LOCATION
The new AMERIAN Congreso locates in 1744 Bartolomé Mitre, a strategic location both for business and leisure traveling, half a block away from Callao Avenue and a few meters away from the National Congress in the traditional neighborhood of Congreso. Its location allows short distances from and to the Obelisco, 9 de julio Avenue, Corrientes Avenue and the most distinguished night and recreational spots, as well as from the San Martín Cultural Center.
ACCOMMODATION
AMERIAN Congreso has a total of 90 roomy and comfortable rooms with the most modern and complete equipment. Rooms comprise three different areas: a dressing area, a full bathroom with toilet, a working area and a dining room equipped with a full kitchenette (fridge -bar, microwave and cutlery), and a resting area, apart from a non-smoking floor, room service, own laundry service and parking lots for all rooms.
Furniture includes a Queen Size sommier, a desk, TV furniture, couch, table and a luggage stool, cable TV, computer access, fax and telephone.
All rooms have an individually adjustable fan-coil air conditioning system for cool/ heat, and a fire-preventing installation with smoke detectors and sprinklers. They have locks operated with coded magnetic cards and safety boxes programmable by guests. They also have a special hermetic closure system made of aluminum, double-glass windows and an internal air chamber for ensuring a completely soundless atmosphere.
FACILITIES
The Breakfast room, located on the 11th floor, has the capacity for holding guest from all 90 rooms, and has natural light and air-conditioning.
This is the place where guests can enjoy a delicious American breakfast with seasonal fruits, yummy homemade bread and pastries, a variety of regional marmalades and delicious natural juices

The swimming pool with solarium has vegetation and a natural waterfall to integrate visuals with the sound of water This is coated with majolica and finished with a ribbing. The solarium has an athermic coating and an oak esplanade to lend a cozy feeling to the atmosphere. The full-fledged sauna is also located in this floor
